As a seasoned marketing and public relations strategist, Kayla built Starta Strategies with the sole goal of helping businesses succeed through strategic public relations and digital marketing campaigns. She helps brands identify their unique messaging, channels, and strategy to create a strong connection with their audience and get their products or service to the people that need them.
Prior to founding her own firm, Kayla has served multiple roles in the marketing and public relations space for companies across the nation, heading strategic public relations and marketing campaigns and acting as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 companies, global brands, and public figures.
Kayla has presented for the Chatham University Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship on digital marketing strategies for small business owners, and was a speaker for the Brand Hero Summit, a virtual conference empowering entrepreneurs and business owners on branding. Kayla was awarded the Distinguished Young Woman Award through the YWCA in 2018, and is and sits on the advisory board for She Elevates, a non-profit creating a pathway for girls ages 8 to 14 to be confident leaders, entrepreneurs and CEOs.
Kayla was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a wine & food fanatic and enjoys being outside enjoying all four beautiful seasons.

Savana Sameth, Sav for short, lives in Stow and was raised in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors in Marketing. His favorite part about marketing is being able to assist people with their social media marketing to help the business grow. Marketing is something Sav is very interested in and passionate about. He would love to learn more about the industry and gain experience, in hope that one day he can start his own business.
Morgan is a recent graduate of Slippery Rock University with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) with a minor in Business Administration. As a Pittsburgh native, you can typically find her cheering on all of Pittsburgh’s sports teams as well as being a tourist in her own city. She also loves reading, writing, listening to music, her (four!) cats, and her closest friends and family.
